Following up on his successful etiquette guide for men Bill of Rites for the American Man, K. Cooper Ray offers classes for those who would like a refresher past the experience of the web series Cordially, Cooper.
Culture Class meets by appointment for individuals or groups, any age, men and women who seek to broaden their horizon of culture and civility or simply be surrounded by others who appreciate the finer things in life. The classes can be helD anywhere (contact sp@socialprimer for scheduling, travel information, etc) but Charleston is the home base. Each session will include a Charleston discussion that can be tailored to the groups' interest. For example, Charleston History 101, History of Charleston Entertainment, Aristocratic Tendencies, Hunt Culture, The Charleston Renaissance in Literature, Introduction to the Performing Arts (symphony, ballet, opera) and many more.
Spring classes are held in the Parlor Room of 21 Burns Lane, Charleston, South Carolina and are limited in size.
Luncheon: 1:00 PM Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. A seated lunch is served and discussion is informal and catered to the groups' interest. 100.00/person
Tea: 4:00 PM Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday. Full tea service and topics to be announced. 50.00/person
Drinks: 6:00 PM Wednesday & Fridays. Gentry Bourbon is served as well as Scotch, wine, prosecco or Champagne. 75.00/person
Each class lasts approximately 45 minutes.
